Ps4 downloads says 1 waiting

 · Guys! I found a solution for the indefinite “Waiting ” problem. (Considering you got past the “Agent is sleeping” problem) Situation 1: After you’ve deleted the agent files from %programdata% you got the bltadwin.ru app working but now it doesn’t see your games and it says install for them. When you try and download certain dlc it doesnt always install after, well here is the solution, i hope it helps.  · This video shows how to fix this problem once you download a game and it comes with extra add ons but they won't download!

I'm having a problem with my PS4 I have call of duty black ops 3 and when I have downloaded the dlc it says it cannot find application waiting to install even tho the application is there and both my cd and PS4 are region 2 and another problem is I can't download a dlc it says purchased but no option for downloading. As of this morning, my Playstation 4 was in standby mode. I'm away from home and would like the game to download to my PS4 so that it's ready when I arrive at home. The problem is that when I click "Download to PS4" on the playstation store website, the download says "Waiting", which implies that it's waiting on my PS4 to come online before it. I have one big problem with them though: I was able to download them all but all of them got stuck at "Waiting to install ". Their PS store pages show "Installed" but my PS4 says otherwise. I read in a lot of threads on this forums that it's possibly because of some region restrictions but my PSN/PS+ account is SG and the game itself is R-All.

Check your NAT type, reset your modem and restart the PS4 and reconnect to the internet, try downloading again, try running the game to see if it triggers the download, make sure your PS4 is primary. Also do the licence refresh thing through the PS4 settings as well just incase. All things you can try. It's like somewhere the website and the PS4 aren't communicating properly and saying "Hey, I'm set to start this download remotely, let's go bitch." But when I go straight to the Queue from the main page, it doesn't say any of that. It just says the download will start when current download finish. Except I have nothing currently downloading. Download waiting without any actual file waiting. So im not sure if this is the place to ask, but when I go to notifications I see downloads: waiting: 1, the thing is tho when I go into folder there is no download waiting, all things I tried to download finished successfully, no errors, no sudden console restarts that would prevent some.
